Motels in Sugarland

    Do you guys know any hotels/motels that are open and have vacancy in the sugarland/stafford area? With the power being out and not knowing when its going to be back, I'm looking for some options. Thanks!

    We called yesterday for one of our friends and they said everything in Sugar Land is booked and most places all the way to Austin are booked as well.

    I am betting motels close to the shore would have availability. I checked the La Quinta and Super 8 websites and there are rooms in Port Lavaca, if you are really desperate.

    My mom just requested assistence from Fema for the pearland area...after she filled it out, they gave her a couple of choices for hotels...Not sure if they have availability, but it doesn't hurt to ask...
