Microsoft Outlook Question

    Whenever I create a new message, I like to enter email addresses by using the "To:" button and pick the names from the "Select Names" window that pops up. But here's the problem: If I have more than one email address for a person in my "Contacts," all I can see is their name listed for each email address. For example, if I have three addresses listed for John Doe, "Select Names" lists

    John Doe
    John Doe
    John Doe

    You have to scroll over to see which John Doe address you want to use. THAT'S ANNOYING! The "Select Names" window isn't resizable, so I can't just make it bigger so that it shows the email addresses as well. Is there any way to make Outlook differentiate between the names when "Select Names" first opens (without having to scroll to the email address).

    I can't be the only human being who is annoyed by this, and yet I haven't been able to find anything on the internet about it.

    I don't have a copy of Outlook on this box, but I think all you would need to do is go in your address book, and edit the entries. For the person's name just change them to 'John Doe1', etc..

    You can use address book, that window is resizable

    You could rename them as

    John Doe (Work)
    John Doe (Home)
    John Doe (Private email address that Mrs. Doe knows nothing about)
