And that is coming from a diehard Cane fan like myself. Dorsey was absolutely pathetic in throwing 4 interceptions and if it wasn't for Clinton Portis and of course the big play at the end by Ed Reed, BC wins this game. haven, you should be proud of your team because of 2 things: 1) Dorsey will not win the Heisman because of this performance 2) Miami may fall to #2 in the AP and Coaches Poll because of the close win. This could hurt them in the BCS. BC proved that they were a tough opponent and I admit that I thought that Miami would have an easy time with them, but boy did they almost make my team regret overlooking them!
so how could I find out where cedric benson compares after today to where ricky and ron "big fat sucking" dayne were at this point in their freshman careers? and. . . is there anyone who doubts that Texas would beat ou if they played again in a week? I think Texas has gotten a lot better since that game, and I think ou has had a lot of weakness exposed. they're starting to look like just u because they don't have much O.
If Miami and NU both win out, I think UT/Florida would match up in the Sugar Bowl. Those would be two of the best bowl matchups you could get. In UM/NU, you get two solid teams in every area that just find ways to win. In UT/UF, you get some high-flying offenses with underrated defenses, but teams that slipped up along the line. I think, at this point, UF/UT are clearly the best one-loss teams in the country.
