    Dear Rudy:
I am impressed with the running game of your young players. With Barkley out, would you consider move "CAT" into the starting 2 spot?
I think Shadon will do great in 3 spot with Rogers in 4 and Cato in 4. Just like you, I think "Cat" is a very special player who can develop to be a tricky player like that of Sam Cassel in a year. With him in the back court with Francis, you have enough fire power to make sure that you don't have to worry about scoring. This actually would give you a very versatile starting five. Now the young guys will get alot minutes. You can have your back court in a 3 man rotation with Drew as the 6th man. Hamiton, Massenberg, Thomas and Williams will be fine subs in the front court. Williams can also play big 2 once awhile if the situation is right.
It is not as bad as everyone might think loosing Charles. Sure, it is a lot less fun to watch you guys now. But you have a real chance to built a much more aggresive offense with your young guys now, before Hakeem comes back.
