    Okay so we (my wife and I) have this puppy. He is a pomapoo. A poodle and a palmaranian mix. Probably the cutest puppy you will ever see. The biggest chick magnet ever.

    Anyways, my wife asked me to get him groomed today. I forgot to make an appointment. She was out for a bit. I was bored. Went to walmart and picked up some doggy trimming kit. Took me an hour and now he is the ugliest mofo imaginable!!!! :D :eek:

    I think I cut his hair too short. And like not even either. He wont stay still! My wife is on her way home. :(

    You know I would actually try that, but my wife wouldnt believe it for one sec. This would not be the first time I have done something umm...weird.

    My wife has the camera with her. When she comes home I dont think she is gonna be in the mood for pictures. I can't exactly go, honey let me borrow your camera so I can post pictures of our ugly puppy on clutchfans.

    The stoopid puppy I know will just go cry to her like a little you know what. Biggest drama queen ever. I guess in that way he is like Tmac.

    Hahaha. Seriously though, we have a maltipoo puppy and I have (more than once) thought of going down to Walmart and picking up some clippers when it comes time to groom her. Now - before I reject the idea completely, would it have worked if you chose a different clipper guard?

    Not necessarily. Poodles have been reported as being one of the better breeds for those who suffer from allergies, so there is an advantage there. However, if it's a miniature poodle hybrid, then I agree: FAIL.

    Standard poodle = good dog
    Miniature poodle (really, ANY mini breed) = FAIL
