    see..sometimes the courts get it right...i particularly liked this:

    "If consumers know...the potential ill health effect of eating at McDonald's, they cannot blame McDonald's if they, nonetheless, choose to satiate their appetite with a surfeit of supersized McDonald's products."

    justice. except this should be called a friviolous lawsuit, and the plaintiffs ought to have to pay for McDonald's legal fees to this point.

    The first tobacco lawsuits were thrown out as well. I fear that the fast food lawsuit will be revisited.
