    Limbaugh is a blowhard filled with a surfeit of self love. The man used to be funny, but he lost most of his sense of humor long ago, along with his originality. Maddow, on the other hand, is young, brilliant, articulate and, unlike Limbaugh, not yet jaded by her experiences with the world. Maddow is someone I admire, even when I disagree with her. Limbaugh? I view him with contempt.

    limbaugh has self love, really deck? i think it is his self-loathing that he takes out on everyone else.

    I think he's schizophrenic enough to be immersed in both, but a good point, gary. I certainly know people who cover their self-loathing by proclaiming to all and sundry just how "glorious" they are and I bet you know a few, yourself. Some float around here, in fact. One is either pretending to be a fish, or an opera singer. Take your pick. ;-)-
