    Probably. Foreign players improve a lot after their first season just by aligning their training with the NBA, improving their communication and studying the NBA (which is something college players are drowned in since childhood).

    This guy is having a better rookie season (by far) than Donovan Mitchell and he's going to be paired with Porzingis. At least the next step looks very bright.
