Looking for a builder

    I just bought a lot in the 3rd Ward area (4900 sq ft) and I plan on building a tri-plex there (three seperate units, but they can be connected by a common wall). I have been working with a builder but am taking bids on the project. If anyone is a builder or knows one, they can e-mail me at kingmalaki@hotmail.com.

    That's cool. I bought a lot in the 3rd Ward three years ago and built my house on it. My father was the builder, but he's retired so I don't think he's available for you. Can I inquire whereabouts in the neighborhood you bought? I have to say I'd prefer folks built single-family homes there, but the area needs development, and it's better you than Perry Homes.

    Funny that you mention Perry Homes. The lot I bought is right across the street from one of his 3 acre developments (off Hutchins & McGowan).

    I would love to talk to your dad even if he is retired....
