I need some low calorie foods you can eat the hell out of at 2/3 AM. So far I've come up with shredded lettuce packages where you have like 15 calories for every 2 cups of lettuce and even if you ate the whole package, it's like 150 calories tops.

I can't seem to stop late night eating :(. I can control myself during the day, but this 4-5 year late night eating habit is killing me. The only thing I won't eat is anything spinach, cabbage, celery stick related. I need something half-edible.

Taco Bell is my usual late night drunk food, but that doesn't really meet your requirements. How about yogurt? Or lean pockets?

    focus on low carb stuff

I use sugar free pudding/jello, nuts, jerky, cottage cheese...

You should also try an exercise routine to curb your late cravings... too tired to stay awake = too tired to eat

Blueberries, strawberries and sugar-free raspberry jello are my late-night go to foods.

Late night eating is the worst thing ever. No matter what you eat your going to gain weight if you eat late. I myself am in the same boat as you though. I can curb my appetite during the day but late night like 11 or midnight is when I get really hungry and for the worst things ever too like I'll get random junk food cravings and think about making runs to Taco Bell ( I can't stand that crap and never would I go in the day time so why now?!). I've noticed that drinking water and just going to bed earlier helps.

Also the feeling of waking up after eating a lot late at night is the worst. You feel bloated and like a ****** that doesn't wanna get the day started. I like to wake up hungry plus it's nice being able to see my abs in the morning. :)

why are you up so late anyway?

what you want to do is good eat fats + protein. i eat a bed time snack around 10-11pm consisting of 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 2tbsp of peanut butter.

if you eat anything with carbs or sugar..ur just gonna end up more hungry.
