LA Sports radio: Hakeem mention!

Just a story I want to relay to my Clutchfans brethren. This morning as I drove to work and listen to Max/Marcellus show, they were talking about Tim Duncan and where he stands in history in terms of big man.

Max Kellerman is a guy who was originally from NY, and WAS a huge Knicks fan (now a bandwagon Lakers fan). So he knew what happened in 94. He basically said Hakeem is a better version of Tim Duncan (scores/rebound/pass/defend better), and was better than Shaq. And states that Hakeem is the best big man he has seen in his lifetime, which I wholeheartedly agree with.

And then he took callers, and a Laker fan called in and said the same thing about Dream.

Just want to relay to people here who don't think Hakeem gets enough props, or overlooked. Trust me, REAL basketball fans know Hakeem. REAL basketball fans know how great he was, and still is.

And I remember the damn thread that discussed Duncan v. Hakeem. C'mon man.

Anyways, just want to share the story the best player in history of this franchise, being praised on a radio show in LA, where it has its own history of great big men.
