How impressive is that to you guys? I mean, even though he came out of HS (meaning he got an early start), he still reached that milestone faster than other college-skippers (M. Malone, Kemp, Garnett, McGrady).

Personally I'm not that impressed with the record. I'm do wonder who got to 10,000 points in the fewest games though.

The funny thing about the list was that none of the top-5 guys or so skipped college except for Bryant. Garnett's not even top-5. That means the guys who are on the list got there in many fewer seasons than Bryant. Bryant's had 6 seasons while Jordan reached the same plateau in something like 4. Not that it makes the achievement any cheaper (since he was much less polished coming in than the other guys there), just interesting.

Considering he came off the bench his first two seasons, that's not too shabby...
