    Former MLB player Jose Offerman, who was managing a winter league game in the Dominican, took a full swing at an umpire.

    Not so sure it was a flop. Clearly Offerman didn't come close to cracking his jaw, looks like the ump was so shocked that the guy took a swing at him, that when he leaned back, he was off balance and just fell.

    Anyway:
