    I don't think so,...it helps people to note certain and specific patterns to look out for.

    Well, "they" don't publish what "they're" looking for when they observe people disembarking airplanes. If they did that the people "they" were looking for wouldn't do what it is that identifies them.

    It seems to me that this falls under the same category. If you make someone who is unaware of their patterns of behaviour aware, they can take steps to change that behaviour.

    It seems to me that most of the behaviors they describe are necessary to casing a joint for a terrorist strike. If a would-be terrorist refrained from doing all the things described here, he would end up doing a terrible job of his attack. So, no I wouldn't think it is a problem.
