Is there anyway to find a per on a particular posters?

Kind of like in the NBA, but with different criteria for plus or minuses.
Sure it's probably been thought of, but here goes:

My question to you guys is:
"What do you thnk the criteria either positive or negative could entail as far as this or any BBS/ Internet forum is concerned?"

Example:
Rep per post is gonna get u some + right, but how much?
Neg rep sends you to the DLeague for a minute, lol nah, but how much-?

I'm no mathemagician,lol but,
