My friend has a 8 cameras security setup at his business awhile back, and everything is wired to his computer at the business. The setup allows you to watch/record the video from the camera while he's at home on his pc, but you have to download this .exe file onto the pc. Well now he just bought an IPad and was just wondering is there an app out there that he can use to view his business camera instead of using his pc. He can't run the .exe file onto his Apple's laptop so he got rid of it. I see all these new security camera systems for sale that "allows you to view it on your Iphone", was wondering if it was as easy as finding a security ip app, and just putting his business ip address to view it on his Iphone/Ipad. * the back of his computer has 8 BNC plugged into a PCI card (would inputting his IP address onto an app/program view all 8 cameras?) Thanks,
There's an app called "Live Cams" and you can add your own camera. Check this site out first. http://livecams-iphone.com/
