    Shouldn't Dodgeball be one too? I don't see why dodgeball isn't an olympic sport. To me, it's more of a sport than handball. Or you could classify them both as recreational activities. All you do is throw a ball into a net in handball. How complex... :confused:

    and you know the ratings for Olympic Dodgeball would be off the charts... :D

    little tougher than you'd think. i think you can only take 2 or 3 steps before having to get rid of it...you also cant cross that arched line when trying to score..i've played before its tough

    Couldn't you say basketball is just a sport where all you do is throw a ball through a ring? I think there's more to both sports than that.

    I think diving should be eliminated as an Olympic sport. All you do is jump off of a board into water. how complex is that?

    I think swimming should be eliminated as an Olympic sport. All you do is flail your arms and legs. how complex is that?

    I think track events should be eliminated as Olympic sports. All you do is run. I mean everyone with legs can run! Nowadays even people without legs can get fake legs and run! how complex is that?

    Agree with both you and Steve_Francis_rules, such simplification of a sport as the OP used is really ignorant.

    I don't really see why anyone would have a problem with handball, it's hardly the least 'sporty' discipline in the Olympics.

    As for dodgeball, I would have no problem with it being in the Olympics. I would watch it.

    I'm not that ignorant of the skill it takes to be on a national handball team, but in all seriousness dodgeball deserves to be an olympic sport.

    But seriously, it does rule. There should be more recreational leagues in the US.
