    Hundreds have died in mudslides north of Rio de Janero following dramatic rains. The latest report puts the death toll at 350 but its bound to rise.

    was very upset to see this on the news yesterday......i visited teresopolis for a few days back in 2005 and loved the people and spectacular scenery

    I was expecting to see an uplifting video of a rescue.

    Instead I feel like s/h/i/t after watching some lady's dog be ripped out of her arms by flood waters.
