How do you grade the British response to the recent flooding?

    I know it isn't exactly the same situation with the Katrina disaster, but I've been hearing some analysts praising the 'effectiveness' of the British emergency response team vis-à-vis their American counterparts. What do you think?

    With around 250 million less people then the United States and and a country the size of Louisiana, umm yeah it's probably easier to organize a gigantic relief effort.
