Well, it's not technically the Heights, it's Timbergrove Manor, near Ella and Grovewood. 1700+sqft, 2 car garage, 3 bed 2 bath. One bath is updated, other isn't. Hardwood floors, driveway gate (manual), quiet street,, etc etc. I'm going to me away for a year and looking to rent it 9 or 12 months, most likely starting in December or Jan, but it can start earlier if that's a deal breaker (as early as Mid Sept). I really am not sure how much we will be asking yet. Similar houses in the area will go for up to $2500, but we're willing to negotiate a much better price for a GOOD renter.
