thanks for your tme Behad, but that isn't it. That's the only thing I found too. I'm not sure where it happened, but I know he was a HS senior that apparently fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a pole - died on impact. I was just checking if they wrote an article on it - guess not... but thanks nonetheless

Kendrick McCoy, 16, of the 3600 block of Cosby died Saturday from complications stemming from a head injury, the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office said. McCoy was a passenger in a car that ran a traffic light on the South Loop West service road at Kirby and was struck by a pickup truck, police said.
