    This is from Stern's Annual NBA ALlstar news confrence.

    The commissioner also seemed to rule out a suspension of Dallas owner Mark Cuban if he continues to criticize officials, saying Cuban has threatened to sell the team if he is suspended. "I don't want him to sell the team. He's too interesting and he's doing too good of a job in Dallas
