Has anyone checked out the ESPN cell phone?

    Im interested in it but I cant find any info about what service is required and what company I would have to go through. Their FAQ isnt real informative at all. Does anyone have it and what kind of plans are offered?

    My buddy has one with a gig of memory -- i've played around with it and it's cool. Very [very] big phone which I really like actually - feels kind of tough - like you could b**** slap someone with the phone if necessary. All of the ESPN logos are cheesy, but i'm sure you could figure out a way to cover/ remove those.

    edit: don't know anything about the service he uses, but it is pretty high $ because of all the bandwidth.

    The service is actually through ESPN I believe...you are paying them. They use the Sprint pcs network though.

    The rates are pretty high compared to a normal cell phone...because you have to get a data package with it to use all the content. It's more like a PDA/smart-phone in that sense.
