    I would emphasize the importance of perspective. Whenever I am feeling down, I like to consider my situation from the vantage point of pre-historic man, whose troubles included scavaging or hunting for food, and fending off attacks from wild animals. Then I consider my plight from the vantage point of outer space. My problem seems very small compared to the vast expanses of the earth.

    Then I figure out who caused my problem and I urinate in a cup (or bottle) and throw it inside their car.
