    It's like hangman/wheel of fortune

    Some rules/tips:
    • the first letter of each word you guess will be submitted into the puzzle
(for example, if you build the work 'dart' it will check to see if there are any D's in the puzzle)
    • If you build bigger words, you get more points and your Extra Turn meter increases faster
    • Each time you shuffle, it costs you a turn
    • For letters that are labelled "free", if you build a word that contains this letter anywhere in the word, it will check to see if the 'free' letter fits in the puzzle, in addition to the word's first letter
    • For letters that are lablled "double" or "triple", you will recieve double/triple points if that letter is used anywhere in the word.
Each game I play now takes about 2 hours, so I've only played it twice. My best score (after two games):

    86,550
    round 8

I like word games, and would like to give this one a try. But the link isn't working. It's been stuck on the "loading" screen forever.

If you google flipwords, then you should be able to find a download site.

I busted 50,000 in round 8, but that's as far as I got. I was using mostly 4- and 5-letter words, so you musta been making some really good words.

Either that or you noticed the "category" hint before round 6. I'm thinking I coulda solved the phrase earlier if I knew the category. Oh well. Good way to waste some time the day before t-day!

It's just like Bookworm... Which is a Pop Cap game. There are, of course, a few minor differences

Also if you get all the letters in the puzzle revealed you get a 10k point bonus. I d/l'd a version last night and went to level 16 with around 140k points before my coputer had an error and shut down.
