    I'm working on contract at reliant, its nothing major, but in training we went over bills and someone asked. the lady who was training us didn't know but I guess that the charges are broken down into the cost of generating the electricity and the fuel to generate the electricity.

    I will try to find out if no one elses knows but that was just an offhand guess.
