    lol. I remember him. He was a hell of a basketball player coming out of Kentucky, but his cousin (or was he his brother? I forget...), Frank, who played for the Browns in the NFL, was the more well-known at the professional level. He worked with John Lucas for a while after admitting to pot smoking and cocaine use I think during his college and possibly pro years.

    I just looked Dirk up... in 1986 the Rockets apparently gave up a 1989 2nd round pick to Cleveland to get Dirk. Cleveland used that pick to draft Chucky Brown who of course eventually became a Rockets legend.
