Food You Enjoy Better As Leftovers

    I believe a lot of people like certain foods better the second time around and I happen to be one of those people. Some foods are just better when cooked then refrigerated then reheated. Here are some of my favorites:

    1. Spaghetti/Pasta - Most people I know like theirs the second day around too.

    2. Pizza - Only Dominos is better the second day around to me, others are better fresh but are still good reheated.

    3. Roast - Pork or beef, it doesn't matter

    4. Holiday food - I love some day old turkey and dressing.

    I ate some left over tamales the other day, they were good. :)

    turkey is the only one i can think of that i would wanna microwave as leftovers.

    I love reheating Buffalo Wings in the microwave.

    It makes them crunchier

    Pizza. Heat it up in the oven directly on the rack so the bottom is crispy.

    CAKE is number one on this list....cake always tastes better the few days after....especially when u take it out the fridge to eat it for breakfast...mmmm :D

    Pretty much all Italian food is awesome re-heated. I'm not a fan of not-fresh cake, though.
