Great find! I never knew Gene Tierney, Johnny Keane and Dickey Kerr were buried in Houston. A couple of years ago, several blues musicians and I had a wake/party at Lightnin' Hopkins' grave at Forest Park Lawndale...similar to what occurs at Jim Morrison's grave in Paris.
Cool. I just saw "Eight Men Out" for the umpteenth time last week. Still a great baseball flick, and I really like John Sayles' movies, especially "Lone Star".
Hughes, Howard b. December 24, 1905 d. April 5, 1976 Businessman. Born in Houston, Texas, he studied at the California Institute of Technology and inherited his father's tool company at the age of 18, in 1923.
