    I know I can't be the only one here who has watched this masterpiece multiple times.

    Don't believe the part at the end about this being a black comedy. It was made to be a serious drama, but was so terrible that it has become a cult classic.

    FYI: Tommy Wiseau, star-writer-director-producer of The Room, will be in Houston for a screening of this film at River Oaks on November 24th. I went the last time he came to Houston and it was a great time.

    He was there at River Oaks last month as well, I've been dying to see it with him there

    The podcast "How did this get made?" has a great episode about this movie

    Nope. He's just odd. Very odd. Also have no idea what kind of accent he has. And during Q&A sessions he never tells people where he's from.

    Had a chance to meet and greet with him and got my copy of The Room signed when he came to River Oaks about a year ago.
    The film is an unintentional masterpiece.

    He cancelled his previous stop in Houston, but will be here this Friday and Saturday at River Oaks. I'll be seeing him on Friday, and I will bring with me a box of plastic spoons.
