In a previous thread deepellumrocket, posted about Cecil's having one of the top 5 jukeboxes in Houston.

While I agree, I also like the jukebox at La Caraffe...

Who else in town has a jukebox you like?

Highlights on that Cecil's box: Social Distortion and The Pixies.

I'll also throw in the juke boxes at Rudyard's and Ernie's on Banks.

The Big Easy has, by far, the best jukebox in Houston. Monday night is jukebox appreciation night. Check it out.

Second place goes to Kay's Lounge on Bissonet.

    The Tall Texan

Lots of country, oldies, and some Santana!
Perfect with the $1.50 shiners in a big frozen mug!:)

Bill & Marie's, Red Bluff near 146. The jukebox goes well with the cheap Shiner and the quarter pool.

    La Caraffe.

And if you make me think more...

    Warren's is pretty similar.

I'm not up to speed on the Cecile's or Rudz, but should check it out, I guess. My problem is I don't frequent them much anymore, now that I live 3 blocks from Kenneally's...you know that whole "stubbling distance" advantage your local pub has....plus, Rocket's show up there, too.

One of these days, I hope to be lucky enough to have a conversation with Boylen.
