Anybody have this yet? If so is it worth it? What provider carries it or does ESPN do it on its own? I and a friend are thinking about getting it and are wanting some opinions from people who have tried or at least seen it in use.

I believe Sprint is the provider.

The service (as in the terms and conditions of the contract) itself is with ESPN, but it uses the Sprint network for calls if I'm not mistaken.
