Yesterday, I got an undelivered message reply in my yahoo mailbox. Nothing new on the surface, because I know what those are. Then I open it and I realize that I never sent the email. The subject line reads: Nancy D Ogden

that's a weird subject. I'm not going to write here who it was supposed to be sent to, but it is and .edu address. but, the thing is, I NEVER SENT IT.

I do not know who the person is. I never remember sending it. Also the time it said I sent it was impossible because I was driving from Houston to College Station at the time.

Good thing I got this undeliverable message alert.

So....what the hell could be going on? Is someone using my email account without my knowledge? Is there a virus that does this? Any help would be appreciated. Cause I'm just tired of this bs, I probably should just shut the email address down.

Things like that happen when you sign up for p*rn.(They use a user's email address to make their messages get through filters.)

My suggestion is update your virus software and then run it. I know that viruses can do that to e-mail accounts that are run out of programs such as outlook express. However, I'm not sure if they can do it to online email accounts.

I get messages like that often at my work addy. I believe the reason is that other folks in my company are infected with viruses which hit me with bogus failed delivery emails. Either that or I've unwittingly contracted a virus and have been sending messages out all over! I like the first theory better. I just delete them as I get them.
