    I have thought about taking something several times, but I have not. I feel that I would be cheating myself, but that is just me. I am not saying that people who do are cheating unless they are taking illegal stuff like steroids; supplements are just not for me.

    BTW - good old working out has helped me go from 180 lbs to 190 lbs and from a max of 145 to a max of 260 in 2 years time.

    If you are patient, you will get results.
