I got a new laptop with an analog tv tuner card and Media Center. I like the monitor enough to the point where I want to play Xbox on it. However, I can't figure out how. Can it be done through Media Center without modding the Xbox? I guess the Xbox doesn't use a regular tv channel. Is there another program I could use?

You might be able to use the coaxal jack on the laptop and get a converter for the X-Box to use coaxal from the X-Box instead of the video cables.

Or how to possibly tricking it into thinking it's a certain channel? I've got no ideas.

the DELL I just bought has a TV-Tuner card with S-video input. Might THAT help? It also came with an RCA-to-S-VIDEO converter and another small RCA-audio-to-input-jack converter. It should be a piece of cake were your tuner card on your laptop like mine and you had S-VIDEO or RCA output from your seXbox.

What size is that laptop screen? I couldn't for once believe that it's a better view than the regular old TV...
