Everytime I try to run Disk Cleanup the box comes up saying it is calculating how much disk space can be saved, blah, blah, blah. Then it does nothing. Afterwards my computer seems to run slower. I've done a virus scan and turned up nothing. Why isn't my disk cleanup working and why is my computer slowing down? I haven't added any new memory taking software in quite awhile. Thanks.
Ok...I think I found part of the problem. When I try to run cleandisk it doesn't work. Then if I try to play a game or something afterwards it acts really slow. I hit ctrl/alt/dlt and found that the cleanmgr.exe was running. I shut it down an it runs fine now. I still don't understand why I can't get the cleandisk program to work.
