Computer Help...

So I came home today and I powered up one of my computers. I noticed that the keyboard, mouse and the computer screen was not loading but the computer itself was.

I plugged everything tighter and kept reseting the on/off plugs. My computer was still messed up. I tried re-connecting things and it still wasn't working.

I need some help people.
