Coaching: How long?

    How long do you ride with a coach . . . that did not Cash one in?
    I look at Utah's coach. I wonder how long do you keep the guy
    before you just say . .. u know what. . he is not going to get it done!
    It may not be his fault.
    It may not be his style . . . but some way form or fashion . ... we need change.

    I guess it is change for change sake.

    It doesn't have to be basketball . . . any sport. [does the sport matter?
    Does a basket ball coach get more leeway than a football coach who
    gets more leeway than a baseball manager?]

    If the coach is unsuccessful -- the other thread -- he gets replaced. He was the problem.

    If the coach is successful -- winning, getting the 'most' from his team, but no championships -- you only replace him if you have someone better.

    If the fans aren't blaming the coach for the lack of championships, they'll have 'patience.'
