A 14-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of his mother's boyfriend on Saturday morning, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The teen's mother and her boyfriend, Juan Contreras, 33, argued at a party, authorities said. Contreras allegedly assaulted and threatened the woman before heading to their far east Houston apartment in the 13900 block of Alderson to collect his belongings. “He was denied entry to the apartment by the complainant's son,” said Deputy Janie Alvarez-Wagner, a Sheriff's Office spokeswoman. During an altercation around 7 a.m., the teen used a knife to stab Contreras in the stomach, Alvarez-Wagner said. He died at Lyndon B. Not enough info to pass judgement. For all we know, they argued, he broke up with her and the boyfriend really just wanted to get his stuff. He allegedly assaulted his girlfriend.
Sounds like the teenager defended himself and his mom. I would of done the same thing If someone would of assaulted my mom.
