    ok... if this thing landed in this desert, from space, why is there no major impact area... the sand around that thing looks virtually undisturbed. Even if something that big landed with parachutes, do you think it would've left a bigger 'footprint'??? It doesn't look like it's very deep into the ground?

    Man, I wouldn't get in that thing and go into space. It looks like an old tea kettle or something!!

    Well, how long has it been sitting there? It looks pretty old and rusty to me. There's no way I'd go anywhere in that thing, though.


    Looks like a giant metal bon-bon...

    What is that ? Is there a story on it somewhere ?

    Maybe it hit out of the pic and then tumbled/rolled to that spot ?
