Chicken sandwich war: Chicken Big Mac

McDonald's is the suck.


Except their Sprite. I heard a rumor that McDonald's Sprite flows across the Devil's Anus...which is where the kick comes from.

 

How is this going to be different from their existing chicken sandwiches? They put "special sauce" on it? The batter? Oh wait... you get... TWO chicken patties. Exciting!

 

It looks like their chicken nuggets but in a flat patty. No thank you.

 

Gross.....

 

I like their fries, although it's been at least a decade since I had any. That's it.
Never had their Sprite. Am I missing something?

 

Not really. McDonald's mixes more of the syrup into the drinks when it's made, so you basically get a sweeter/stronger Sprite than "regular" sprite. I think I've read in the past that they use more filtered water and bigger straws than other places which also may have a multiplier effect on getting all the extra sugar and flavor to you at once.

 

So, I could buy a Big Mac and two McChicken sandwiches, swap the beef patties for the gross processed McKracken chicken patties, and...voila...I have a chicken Big Mac and two hamburgers. You don’t even have to wait for it to come out. But...like was said...no thanks!

 

This will all depend on the chicken. If it is a new formula I'd try it. They did say "Tempura fried."

If it's just 2 McChicken patties this will fail hard.

 

I like the Aussie reviewer, but good lord, I think his taste buds are broken! Enjoyed it, Fatty, but not the food!
Just in case folks are confused, $8 Australian dollars = $5.55 US, which is still crazy expensive for that terrifying sandwich, in my opinion.

 

Ronald McDonald doesn't mess around when it comrs to his empire.

I think most of us understand.

 

The people that will purchase this are the same people that chew gum they find stuck on public transportation.

 

Wingstop trying to play catch-up up a few years late... lol. They went from "wing stop" to "thigh stop" to now "we want in on the chicken sandwich mania, too!"
