    Lot's of them....do a search.

Real jukebox will do it, just make sure the setting are for mp3, without the security lock enabled.

Go to download.com and search for Rosoft CD Extractor. It's by far the best one I've used for making mp3 versions of CD's.

Best program to buy for that: Nero 5.5.8.

Or to have an easier program, try out Adaptec Easy CD Creator. Any version will be easy to use.

I use MusicMatch and AudioGrabber (mostly MusicMatch)

SoundForge will allow you to edit MP3 and wave files...

I'm using Streambox Ripper to convert anything to anything. That's a start...some programs will only allow you to use uncompressed wave files in order to mix or MIDIs, and this thing can convert anything to any other format and even change the kBps on it. There might be better software out there that does both at the same time, but this one was free for me and I like it even if it does end up being more complicated.
