Cato's better play not just confidence

    While I agree cato's better play has a lot to do with confidence I don't think that is the only reason. I think it has to do with his conditioning.

    If you remember Cato put on a lot of weight last year to bulk up and then got hurt. If you look at tape at the begining of this year compared to now, Cato has lost a large amount of weight. I think this improved his flexibility and his wind. I think this has more to do with his improved play than anything else.
