Car paint help?

Hey i need some help, I recently hit an old lady going about 5 miles an hour......I looked down to take a bite of my cheeseburger and she stopped and I didnt hit the breaks hard enough.

Nothing happened to my car, but on the back of her car there are 2 holes from the bolts on the license plate, and some tiny marginal black scratches. I dont want to go through insurance for something so stupid, but I got an estimate recently and it said it would cost 275 and they would have to do the entire back bumper to paint, and this is from a friend . I was wondering if any of yall know anyone who can take care of something like this for cheaper than that. Thanks in advance, and no Im not a bad driver, Im pissed my first wreck was such a stupid one.......
