Looks like pretty much the same deals you can get at several places online. At Amazon.com, you can make money after rebates on a lot of their phones and plans. Most are 2 year contracts, but they have 1 year TMobile contracts, too. And yes they have Blackberry 7100's free or "make money" after rebates, too.
