As the long 8 year nightmare comes to a close who will Jr let off the hook before slinking away into history?

Doubtful but unclear - to be safe he could pardon cheney, then resign and let Cheney pardon him and everybody's happy!

Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean should be pardon.

I doubt he breaks Clintons water mark of 140 pardons on the last day of office.

Bush will pardon a lot of people just like dad did when he pardoned all the Iran Contra criminals. He will pardon anyone who could implicate him or his admininistration in criminal or unsavory acts.

Libby, Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzalez, Rowe, come to mind. I'm sure there will be more.

Can you pardon someone like Rove who has not been charged of anything as a preemptive move?
