Bruce Willis has filed a lawsuit against the producers of Tears Of The Sun, claiming he suffered "substantial injuries" during the making of the 2003 movie. The Die Hard star is seeking damages from Revolution Studios, accusing them of negligence and "ultrahazardous activity," after claiming he was struck in the forehead by a projectile during a shooting scene. Willis, who played a special operations veteran leading a group of refugees through the Nigerian jungle, claims he has suffered extreme mental, physical and emotional pain and is suffering as a result of the injuries he sustained. Willis also alleges the personnel hired to inspect the devices used in the stunt failed to "properly and professionally inspect, set-up, place and detonate" them. His suit also states the injuries, "caused him to employ physicians."
Yeah, this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. He should sue them for producing such a pile of garbage.
I love the fact that the doctor in this war-torn refugee camp happens to be Monica Bellucci. Because you just KNOW that all those Doctors Without Borders babes are roaming around the steamy jungle in low-cut blouses taking care of refugees.
and the producers should countersue Bruce for being a douche in public and hurting their ticket sales. this is why i've already decided not to do anything related to personal injury lawsuits.
He should be seeking damages from having to watch Ashton Kucher date his ex and play daddy to his kids.
maybe we should all try to contact Bruce about joining him in a class action for the pain caused by the film.. that was dreadful
