    Seems like you could finagle your way around the cheese in many instances with near-cheese-like substitutes, like yogurts and butter and the like.

    Would still ruin your Charcuterie board, but i think itd be easier to replace than bread, especially if bread includes unleavened breads like crackers.


    Edit:

    Does sour cream qualify as "cheese"? That might be a deal-breaker.
