Best property management company in Houston?

    Anyone know any good property management companies in Houston? All the ones I've been checking out have really bad reviews on the net. Any help would be really appreciated.

    I'm looking for an extremely reliable property management company that I can depend on to take care of everything for me while I'm abroad.

    I would definitely settle for an experienced realtor as long as I could be confident that my investment would be well taken care of while I'm abroad.

    Is this a rental property or just your house you want someone to take care of while you're gone?

    If it's a rental property, I've been using ZING for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them.

    If it's just your house, I'd go with these guys:

    I see what you mean now - the message was sent to the e-mail address linked to my account. I thought you meant you PMed me a message on this website. The e-mail address linked to this account was a college e-mail address though so it expired when I graduated. Please e-mail me at piper.greg@hotmail.com

    I emailed him a realtor I know that has been doing property mgt for residential occupied properties for local & out of state clients for 20+ yrs. I can pass that info along if you'd like.
