Inspired by droxford's thread about restaurant prices. What are some of the better Happy Hours out there? Looking for some recommendations. I personally live in the Cypress area and occasionally make it down to the Galleria area, I'm also looking for mostly food specials, I don't drink. But please, list any places you'd recommend regardless of area. This summer I'm going to have a lot of time on my hands.
